Members of the Prairie Dragons Paddling Club,
This is an advance notice of our intention to host the Prairie Dragons Paddling Club Annual General Meeting (AGM):

When:  Sunday, April 2, 2023
Time:   Starting  at 3:30 pm
Where: South Leisure Community Center, 170 Sunset Drive, Regina, SK

Our club's not-for-profit status requires us to hold an AGM with members each year and this year we've decided to hold the meeting in-person. However, if anyone is uncomfortable meeting in-person and would like to join via MS Teams please let us know so it can be set up well in advance.

The elections of officer positions and directors will be held at the AGM. Also, the financial and committee reports will be presented. 

Vote by Proxy

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, and would like another member who is attending to vote on your behalf, you can submit a notice of proxy. To do so, complete the attached Proxy form, and submit to prairiedragons@outlook.com before Friday, March 31, 2023.
